In our menu we have the signature dishes that you are used to, like the famous mustard soup, carpaccio de pijpenla, chateaubriand, but at most times we cook what we like at the moment, depending on the weather/season/market/our geusts, were we incorporate the French entourage, cosiness, elegant appeal and Joie de Vivre.
And we decide this á la minute!
